Below you will find a list of selected hotels to accommodate CERE 2014 participants in Berlin. In addition to the hotels, the Humboldt University`s guesthouse can be booked. The hotels have been informed of this conference and can be booked under the keyword “Cere 2014”. All hotels are located in the centre of Berlin and it should take you just a 30 minutes walk, or only a few metro/ bus stops to get to Humboldt-University, Unter den Linden 6, where the conference takes place.
Please note that hotel rooms are guaranteed and prices are fixed for all participants in the CERE 2014 conference. Thus, special offers and price changes according to the season or date of booking do not apply.
The organizers of the conference in Berlin are in no way to be held liable for the announcement of rates mentioned below, or for the settlement of any dispute that may arise: Participants are responsible for their reservations, payments, and cancellation (except in the event of force majeure).
Important note: Please book early! There is a limited amount of rooms and a deadline after which rooms may not be available for the given rate. The newly introduced city tax in 2014 will not be raised on the rates mentioned below. For more information please click here.

Cancellations:
The Hotel only accepts written cancellations. The deadline for cancellation is 14 days before arrival. In the event that you fail to show up without having previously cancelled your booking, the hotel will charge you the price for the room for the first night, with a 20% deduction to reflect expenditure saved by the room not being used.

Cancellations
The Humboldt University’s guesthouse only accepts cancellations per fax or per e-mail. The deadline for cancellation is 2 days before arrival. In the event that you fail to show up without having previously cancelled your booking, we will charge you the price for the room, with a 25% deduction to reflect expenditure saved by the room not being used.
