SIMFMRI

SIMFMRI stands for SIMulated FMRI data ready for analysis with SPM(5). Two brain activation patterns with different noise and activation intensities are included upon request.

This website will eventually host some resources and links which relate
to my work at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and might be useful
for you, too. For the moment there isn't much content other than a note
on SIMFMRI: I simulated a FMRI data set suitable for analysis with
SPM(5). This data might be useful for those of you interested in
getting started with FMRI data analysis. The data come with a simulated
activation of certain regions and therefore allows you to explore
SPM.

One of the included FMRI data simulates an activation of the NAcc
(Nucleus accumbens) bilaterally which is by the way hard to find with
real experiments. It's an event related design with several conditions
parametrically weighting NAcc-activity. Technical details of SIMFMRI
are described in the Readme. Enjoy.
Download the data set from my ftp (about 700 MB zipped) or request a
CD. Just drop me an e-mail and I'll send you the login data or CD.
