How to find usGetting to the S-Bahn station Adlershof The easiest way to get to the Department by public transportation is to travel to the S-Bahn (train) station Adlershof. To find out how to get to this station from various central points in Berlin (including the main airports), please click here . If you want to travel to the Department by car, please click here The distance between the city center and the Adlershof Campus is about 15 km (9.3 miles). Although taxis in Berlin are quite cheap, public transportation is a safe and fast alternative. From the S-Bahn station Adlershof to the Department There are no taxis waiting at the station. The walk takes approximately 5-10 minutes (see the map). A bus stop can be found on Rudower Chaussee, near the overpass. Buses 162 and 164 (not 260!) run between the S-Bahn station and "Flughafen Schönefeld" or "U Rudow". Get off at the first stop, which is Walther-Nernst-Str..
