Dieser Band deckt ein breites Spektrum von Modellen der Mensch-Rechner-Interaktion ab und bietet darüber hinaus einen Überblick über relevante konzeptuelle Überlegungen zur Mensch-Rechner-Interaktion. Er umfasst große Teile des Vorlesungstoffes.
